Dr. Kellogg will present an overview of the Chairwork Psychotherapy, and then outline how it can be used to help those suffering from trauma and those who are wrestling with self-hatred. This will be followed by a Clinical Consultation Demonstration with a clinician who would like to see how to use the approach with their patients or in their own life. This will be followed by a Q & A period.
